Lynette Swinski

Senior Vice President, Operations

Lynette brings over 25 years of retail leadership experience with Fortune 500 Companies. Prior to joining Touchrate, she was Vice President of Merchandise at SeaWorld and held multi-unit management roles at Sears Holdings, Office Max, and Ashley Furniture. Her expertise provides solutions to help our clients succeed using Digital Technology in a rapidly changing marketplace. She received her B.A. at the University of Central Florida.

Jill Smith

VP Finance & Accounting

Jill brings over 20 years of financing experience to Touchrate. She has enjoyed working for multiple successful companies in different fields including aircraft sales, office building management, and technology. She has also done the personal finances for several individuals and continues to do so to this day.

Wayne J. Hilmer, Sr.

Founder, Touchrate

Wayne brings 45 years of entrepreneurship to the development of Touchrate, including the formation of several start-ups while being an innovator of various technology solutions for marketing, financial services, aviation and real estate industries. His vision of integrating technology to help both business and the customer is at the heart of Touchrate.

Scott Sandlin

Managing Partner of Bridge Purchasing Systems, Former President of Mozido

Before joining Touchrate, Scott was former Head of Financing, Protection and Home Services at Walmart. 25-year veteran of Retail and more recently, President of Mozido, a mobile payments and loyalty company. The knowledge he acquired while serving in his posts at the world’s largest retailer and Mozido have proven to be a valued asset to Touchrate and will continue to be as it grows both now and in the future.

Evan Barnett

Director & Former Division President, Core Logic

Evan brings to Touchrate his expertise creating business growth and success for over 35 years . He has held positions as CEO, President, Director, EVP and COO in the industries of consumer credit, multifamily housing, insurance and aviation. Most recently, Barnett was President of the multifamily and the alternative credit data businesses of Core Logic, Inc. (NYSE:CLGX)

Steve Rabbit

Director & President, Nemo Corporation

Steve is an experienced investor entrepreneur, CEO, and co-founder of The Registry, a national tenant screening company. Steve rolled up and digitized landlord-tenant court records nationally and connected with the three main credit bureaus. He was the first to develop Crim-check which was a criminal and wanted fugitive background check which became a unique and superior offering to REITs and landlords throughout the United States. Steve was taking the company international into the UK and Canada when it was sold to First American financial NYSE.

Jerry Dowell

Director & President, Dowell Group

Jerry’s national expertise in bath, cosmetics, fragrances, ethnic and HBC is well known and respected. He has over 30 years of experience, holding many positions including merchandise manager, buyer and national sales manager before founding Dowell Group. His knowledge of retail and marketer relationships are expanding Touchrate’s client base.
