Touchrate takes AMM ( Automated MobileManagement) to higher levels by introducing a revolutionary new management platform with UDM (Unattended Device Management). Touchrate continues to improve performance and reliability to minimize dark screens on unattended customer facing Touchscreens by integrating UDM, Unattended Device Management into its solutions using AI.


Unlike MDM, which is widely used for mobile devices by employees, UDM was developed by Touchrate to automate and manage applications, content changes, security, hardware and settings related to unattended public facing devices. These include Self-Service, Endless Aisle, Way-finding, Self Check-In, E-Concierge, Sales Assist, Product Finding and Digital Signage kiosks. As a result Store Associates and client employees are not required to perform attentive services to keep platforms running.
