Through insights gathering on in-store touchscreens using product selectors, in this case, the product was an insurance policy, the insurance companies and the retailer are able to extrapolate data instantly from an entirely new demographic to determine the interest and their understanding of this new insurance product. The collaboration results in delivering key improvements over less than a year which ultimately transforms the product into the success it is today by increasing sales by double digits. These interactive displays came in a variety of form factors.
